to speak with others freely first speak straightly and fluently with your family. when you understand yourself in home then you can communicate with others. first think second speak. it will lead to you thinking and speaking at the same time. lingual fluency leads to confidence, and courage. controle ur brain's speed while speaking.

You have to be comfortable in your own skin, be yourself and be confident. Confidence is sexy, tell yourself what a great person you are but don't get conceited. Just talk to them, take a deep breath and don't worry about what they are going to think of you, not everyone is going to like you, who cares? Life goes on with or without them.

It's all in the mind. Everytime you wonder what other people are gonna thing of you, just remind yourself that the other person is thinking the exact same thing so you don't have to worry.

I am shy too. You just have to push yourself into talking with other people. It will get eaiser with time. I do that for myself. I still have moments when I would rather not talk to anyone.

Smile and know that everyone else has some kind of fear they must overcome. Change your outlook to the "meeting" and look at it as an adveture.

what makes you shy, think yourself, it is not necessary to speak to every person, have confident and by self counciling you will get rid of this problem, nobody punish you for this ,

why do you feel shy?
there is nothing to be shy to speak with new people, they will not harm you or do anything wrong to you if you speak to them.
If you will continue this, you will not be able to make new friends.
