I was Jewish by birth but I was a non practicing Jew.

Latter in life I studied Judaism and developed a love for my religion.

As a result I am now a fully Religious Jew with meaning a understanding in my life that will constantly guide me on my path to perfection by developing a closer relationship with G-d.

there's really no need to convert to judaism. someone who is a gentile can be righteous by following the noahide laws, which is what G-d wants and is the special covenant G-d has with all of mankind. It establishes basic morality and makes someone into a good person. no need to convert; one can feel fulfilled, have clarity, attain happiness, and be righteous as a gentile.
(why convert to judaism? its much more difficult.)
