YEAH I'VE BEEN ON DIETS AND COUNTED CALORIES SINCE I WAS 11 YEARS OLD.
IT DOES GET HARD AT TIMES.
ESPECIALLY WHEN I'M TRYING TO DIET AND MY MOM (WHO'S NEVER ON A DIET)BRINGS HOME JUNK FOOD.
BUT THATS WHY I LOVE DIET PILLS.
MY #1 IS XENADRINE NRG,
THAT SH!T IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IT ACTUALLY BURNS FAT WHILE GIVING YOU ENERGY.
AND IS'NT IT FUNNY HOW WHEN YOU ARE ON A DIET THERE SEEMS TO BE 48 HOUR IN A DAY?
MY GOD THE TIME GOES SLOW WHEN YOU ARE WATCHING YOUR WEIGHT.
BUT ONE OF THE BEST PARTS IS THE CHEAT DAY.
HAVE YOU EVER DIETED 4 LIKE A WEEK?
YOU EAT ALL NATUAL AND LOWFAT AND THEN THE WEEKEND COMES AND YOU HAVE YOUR CHEAT MEAL
LIKE A SLICE OF PIZZA AND IT'S SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD THAT YOU ALMOST HAVE AN ORGASM ?
AM I THE ONLY ONE THATS HAPPENED TO?
ANYWAY I'M ACTUALLY STARTING MY "NEW" DIET ON MONDAY.
I WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE JANET JACKSON 4 THIS SUMMER BUT THAT(DREAM WAS) SHOT TO HELL.
HOPEFULLY I CAN GET THERE NEXT YEAR.

yes i lost 60pds on a low carb diet it was the best thing i ever did i have my body back now i can fit into a size 3 and i have to say with my blonde hair im looking pretty hot!!!

Ha ha dieting is for idiots... unless you are referring to a specified meal plan (ie diet plan)
diets are for people with no will power, ugly fat people that shouldnt even be allowed to eat anyway

i did the atkins for 3 years it wasnt hard for me i followed what the book said to a t and i was great the hardest was other people trying to get me to eat what i wasnt surpost to

It is really hard to keep your body in shape, thank goodness I haven't ever had to really diet, but I have always tried to eat healthy and exercise to keep my body tight and in shape. By the way, I can see that you keep your body in very good shape too, I like that in a guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
