The English is spotty here. I think this person is reffering to a fistulae between the liver and the heart. There is a natural connection between the liver and the heart via the hepatic veins which drain into the right atrium of the heart through the eustachian valve in the IVC. Diabetes has nothing to do with any abnormality of the heart. Please claify your question to have it properly answered. PEACE, TJ
