ok. your significant other is moving,, has 2 neighbors, one of wich happens to be their babysitter,, other is unknown other than its a married couple with child. From what information that makes its way to you from your significant other is that the "other" (the opposite sexed one) neighbor makes a comment to the babysitter that the "new tennant" is hot. this "creeps out" the sig other for some reason.. days go by,,,no new info,, well your with your significant other and the creepy neighbor happens into the situation.. your significant other, in a mild way, lights up, and they converse like friends to an extent.. but the last you knew was that you significant other was "really creeped out" , but now they are buddys.... and turns out, they've talked well more than once... what would you think?

I think you are jealous that he significant other has actually made a friend without your permission. Lighten up. If you keep accusing someone of infidelity, eventually they are going to just do whatyou said they have been doing.
