Colossians 1:15-17
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

Good night everyone and God bless you all!

That is a great thought and one I have fantasized about practically my whole life. I imagine being able to experience the history of the world and having a greater understanding of why things are the way they are. It's a nice thought but I don't know if it is realistic. Who knows, but it never hurts to think optimistically. Even if it's not true, having hope of such things makes my life now more enjoyable and a more positive experience.

When the full Godhead is present on the Earth and everyone has what God would want us to do in this new Heaven, we will have many opportunities to explore the universe. My thing is to be able to dance on the rings of Saturn. We all must wait and see.

oh yeah! I actually kind of picture God like walking us around and showing us everything! Giving us the "grand tour" of heaven. And He will be happy that his kids are home and maybe chase us down the halls and then eat a bunch of awesome heaven food...no really...:) God Bless!

well im not a christian (atheist) but from what i understand you christians will be worshipping at the feet of god for eternity.

i really dont think there will be any time to go cruising around the universe sine youll be groveling at his feet until th end of time....which...is a LOOOONG time.

if god put man on theis earth to worship him as many christians love to claim, its safe to assume that groveling for eternity is your fate.

your god requires appeasment. so on your knees christians! appease away! (for eternity)

it seems to me that youre mixing youre love of astronomy and your love of religion together. i reccomend adopting star trek as your religion!

Kind of presumptious of you to only assume christians are going to heaven, don't you think?
