Ive been having relations with the same guy for almost 3 years off and on, and it started out as just that but now i feel its more and i think he might too. Do i ask him? Do i tell him i have feelings for him and want a full on relationship? What should i do? I honestly think i love him.

If you don't tell him, then either things will go on as they have, or, if he has such feelings too, you'll have to wait for him to tell you (in which case he'll have to wonder if he should tell you or not).
If you tell him, you might risk losing what you have, but it's the surest way to get what you want. If you're willing to take the risk that he might not share your feelings, then you should talk to him. And in the situation you seem to be in, he should at least be respectful of your feelings even if he doesn't share them -- if he's not respectful, then you are better off without him anyway.

If you say you ''think'' you love him then chances are, you dont. Its something you know. And yes, go for it. Life is short, tell him how you feel! You dont wanna go on each day wondering ''what could have been''

you should sit down and talk about the future with him. ask him where he see's himself in 3 years if your not in his furture in his mind I think you will know your answer.

You have nothing to lose.Tell him how you feel.If he doesn't feel the same way at least you will know.
