Something to look into definitly. My ex hub was like that. Hardly ever slept and was fine on two or three hours a night and full of energy. He also had bits of depression where nothing made him happy and times he was so happy nothing could touch that. Guess what. We just found out hes bi polar. Check into it. Or possible ADD. Or like paul said, get some physical activity in your day to tire you pout. And DONT masterbate with a banana, lol. vegis/fruits has bugs on it and pestisides. ewwww

K first of all maybe you're ADHD lol.
When I have this problem I like to take this stuff called Calme Forte. It's natural and it totally helps calm me down and fall asleep. I even get the restless leg thing and it helps with that. Also try Benadryl. It's totally harmless and it helps me sleep too. Just make sure you don't use the non-drowsy stuff. That would completely defeat the purpose. Good luck to you and youre mom :-)

Do something during the course of the day. If you have a lot of physical activity you will want sleep. If you play on the 'net 24/7 you will continue your problem.

I have the same problem. One thing I try is to take some nighttime cough medicine or melatonin pills. If you don't have that or that doesn't work, try lying in bed with your eyes closed with some light music on. Some kind of jazz or slow r&b or light acoustic rock. I recommend Radiohead or Bjork.

Dont take a cold shower.That I think he is kidding around with you..Maybe if you get a nice warm shower or a glass of warm milk.It might make you sleepie.Maybe some warm tea.Noithing cold.

A cold shower will only wake you up MORE. I recommend reading, Chamomile tea with honey, or warm milk with a few drops of vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
