2 separate recipes! Ashta is thick (Ricotta like) served in Middle East recipes here. I get it on a thin crepe with bananas and covered with a thin honey syrup. The Avocadao drink is very different from anything here (Eastern Canada)

www.allrecipes.com but i think u got the spelling wrong cause i cant seem to find anythin called ashta... but i got a recipe with avocados in a milkshake form hope that helps--


INGREDIENTS:
5 avocados, peeled and pitted
4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon dry milk powder
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 cup ice

DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine avocado, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Throw the ashta and avocado in a blender and voila!
Okay, to Middle Eastern it, add spices like cumin

ashta means (cream) avocado is a fruit, so there you go.
