I thought people liked people because of their personality, not how "hot" they were. What do you think?

Good Looks does not treat a girl right. A great personality does.
I just think that looks are an added bonus.

It is true most people go for looks, it sucks as im 20 and i have a caring personality but not the looks.
Single never had loving relationship

Initially it does matter. But when you get to know about his/her inner beautys, I mean his/her thoughts behaviour all those good things. Then you really don't care about the looks. Then that person becomes the most beautiful person in the world for you.

Looks r ever changing. But a persons personality might be the same 4eva. I look 4 personality, but I'm not the hottest gurl in skool, so I cant afford to go on looks. Just my theroy.

People like their friends's personalities, most of the time. Physical attraction is important to most people in romantic relationships, although personality is too. Think of it this way: would you want to be in a relationship with someone who finds you physically unattractive? I'd guess that most people would not.

looks matter sometimes, but not all the time. personally i look for the personality. to me, "some" guys who are good looking can turn into jerks. so i dont care about the looks that much. but if the right guys comes, with looks and personality, then i go for it

Well if you like someone then looks shouldn't matter as much as there personality or traits, but looks are still important

i personally look at the personality, but a lot of the time sadly looks do matter.

psshhhh this used to be the case in like the 1700s...sorry to be so blunt..but its so true....like how many ppl out there will see a but ugly person and say automatically "I bet that person has a nice personality"? yah not many...sorry Im not saying its right im just saying...thats how it is...I cant help it...its so true...its frikin 2006...hope i helped............
