i have alot of double tracks in my music folder.. is there a program that can remove them?

Sort by title and remove them through your media player/musicmatch/winamp/etc.

Import them in iTunes and click "Show Duplicate Songs".
Select the one you want to get rid off, click "Show Song File", delete it from your disk and "Clear" it from your playlist.
