Dr. Pepper's "23 Flavors" isn't the Vanilla and Blackberries & Cream. They are flavors of the soda. The "23 Flavors" are the "artificial flavors" within the original Dr. Pepper. And these they are. Or so I think:
1 Apple
2 Peach
3 Cranberry
4 Vanilla
5 Cherry
6 Raspberry
7 Lemon
8 Lime
9 Passion Fruit
10 Guava
11 Star Fruit
12 Grape
13 Strawberry
14 Blackberry
15 Boisenberry
16 Pineapple
17 Grapefruit
18 Honeydew
19 Papaya
20 Nectarine
21 Kiwi
22 Blueberry
23 Watermelon

My goodness... Well, Dr. Pepper says that it never has had prune juice in it... Technically nobody is supposed to know the 23 flavors but there is a truely interesting forum where some people were commenting on that. I wanted to know so I tried to look it up... But this is really all I found . . . http://www.kulturblog.com/2006/06/the-mysterious-32-flavors-of-dr-pepper/
Well, hope this answers your question a little bit.

I only have 10 flavors:
Sugar Free Dr Pepper was introduced in 1974, reformulated in 1990 and renamed Diet Dr Pepper. According to Cadbury-Schweppes, Diet Dr Pepper is the leading non-cola diet soda.
Dr Pepper Red Fusion was available from 2002 - 2004
Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper was released in some areas on October 15, 2004. The beverage tastes similar to Dr Pepper but has stronger cherry and vanilla flavors added. Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper is the first drink in the planned "Fountain Classics" line of beverages from Dr Pepper, a range of drinks designed to taste similar to popular soda fountain drinks from the 1950s. It is now available in all areas of the U.S.
Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr PepperDiet Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper, which has zero calories, is also available. It was the pilot and was on the shelves before the non-diet version. The Diet version of the drink is now a pilot in Canada.
Dr Pepper Berries & Cream was released in most locations in April 2006. It is the second beverage in Dr Pepper's "Fountain Classics" line of drinks. It is also available in a "Diet" form.
Diet Dr Pepper Berries & Cream was released in most locations in April 2006. It is the second beverage in Dr Pepper's "Fountain Classics" line of drinks.
United Kingdom's version of Dr Pepper has a different taste, very similar to Coca-Cola Cherry. Along with the Sprite and Fanta soft drinks, a 'Z' version was introduced, meaning Zero added sugar.

I would like to know too. I love Dr Pepper. I hope the links below help a little. One of them stated something about caramel. It's got such a yummy flavor, I hope some of the ingredients don't turn me off to it! I doubt it though, it's good!
