Try acupressure. It helped me. Also you could try yoga and other exercises. Acupressure along with exercises gives better results.

There are no exercises to increase height; that's a DNA thing you inherited from your biological parents. We are "stuck" with our height and hopefully we like it. If not, then we need to work on increasing our self esteem and learn to love our gifts from birth. Always remember, God don't make no junk, and it's not our height that makes us likeable, it's our heart and our attitude. People should love you regardless of how short or tall you are.
If not, find new friends because they aren't really your friends anyway. I know you are the perfect height anyway but I hope you learn to accept it.

I can't believe some of the answers you are getting on this question. I dont think people should guess if they do not know the answer to a question. this is not Ignorance but stupidity.
your genetic makeup determines height and not what you eat or the types of exercises you do.

Drink Milk and avoid all caffeine. If you are still of growing age (11-20 years old) then you will surely grow. But keep in mind height has to do with genetics too, so if everyone in your family is short then you will be short.

The definite answer is; none.
Height is genetic, you can't really increase your height through natural means.
Add:
After perusing some answers that follows this post, please note that most of them are horribly inaccurate. Calcium will give you stronger bones, correct. However, it will not improve your height (Maybe very very, and I mean VERY minimally.)

There is nothing you can do to increase your own height. It is all genetic. You can, however, procreate with someone who is tall in order to have taller children.

not sure, but bone needs calcium and vitamin D, and protein... exercise: swimming, and a lot of jumping (basketball) may help... but mostly genetics...
