1 Peter 4:18
And if the righteous scarcely be saved, were shall the ungodly and the sinner appear.
They only people that gains God favor are the one that are called by his name.
The race is not given to the swift nor the strong , but to those that endureth to the end.
In the last days...... Who will be saved? The Righteous! But they got to endure to the end.

If you are saved, you are going to heaven. I think, though, that the difference between just getting through judgment day and going to heaven than what heaven would actually be like, (a.k.a. treasures that you build up in heaven from the way you life your life)...yaknowwhatimean? Okay so I guess what I am trying to say is...If you are truly saved and live your life for God and do all that you are asked to further his Kingdom, it's basically going to rock for you after you die, lol. I hope the end is coming soon, but I also don't because there are a lot of people that I want to take with me to heaven that won't be there as of now. But the signs are unmistakable, and although noone knows the hour, I am confident that I am ready anytime it comes....or am I? *needs to pray about some stuff!!!* Later! God Bless!

I think that in order to be saved, we need to truly worship our religion and or God. Not just say, I mean like truly truly worship. Im Christian, so for example...In order to be saved, I would have to be religious and follow Jesus and the Lord. If anyone has read the Left Behind series then they would know what I am talking about.
(that had nothing to do with the scriptures of the bible, at least not that I am aware of, but my pastor believes that, and apparently so does the author of Left Behind. Which truly forsees the last days of Earth. Where the true believers of God, the ones who know God exsists, were saved and brought to heaven, while non-believers must survive the living hell of the last days. As the Earth begins to fall apart mentally and pyshically.

You will not live to see the Last Day. People have been saying this for centuries, and our time is no different.
What you should be worried about is YOUR last day. What difference does it make about the whole of mankind. You should only worry about you. Your end will come irrespective of the prophesies of the Book of Revelation. Everyone will stand alone on judgement day. Don't think that you have safety in numbers if it happens to everyone at once.
BTW, I believe that God is merciful and benevolent. Therefore, ANYONE (Christian or not), will be recieved according to his deeds. I don't believe in the voodoo of practicing certain rituals or reciting incantations will gain me one bit of favor above what I do here on earth.
Talk is cheap and actions speak louder than words.

Currently there are angels going all around the world sealing people with the seal of God in there foreheads. These people have the key to open the door that no man can shut and shut that no man can open. These people are called God Elect. The others with keys are called Kings and Queens of the ethnos. They to are sealed.
There are million and millions of professing Christians in the world that haven't heard the Word of God. God has put a stupor on them least they commit the unforgivable sin. These people will spend a1000 years in discipline before they get to be considered the living. All the rest will walk into the lake of fire with Satan.

One, if everyone read and believe in the bible, then the world would be one big christian ball. Second, if the end is actually around the corner, then what's the point of living? Third, the concept of faith through the primary belief of being saved doesn't exactly speak of altruism, a perequisite for religion, does it?

The difference is if you don't have the Holy Spirit who will give you the discernment to know and understand the Bible, than you'll be able to interpret it literally only. This is where many religions make a mistake.
The Bible says that those who will be saved are those who are born again and those that believe in Jesus.

Every single generation since Christ has had those who believed with absolute surety that THEY were living in the Last Days.
But that aside, there is a core of beliefs one must have and possibly actions one must take in order to be considered Christian, regardless of petty doctrinal and denominational differences. I think that, in order to be saved, we must believe in and acknowledge the existence of a personal God, the sinful condition of humanity and the consequent necessity of being saved, and the willingness and capability of God to save us. Then, we must ask him to do this for us and accept it when he does. Other details don't matter so much, although even this simple creed will find denominations which oppose it.

Although I was raised by a minister (my father) I really don't know too much about judgement hour, or the rapture, or tribulation. But I do know this. I'm very terrified that if that day comes, I won't go. I pray everyday that I get chosen. I fear not being chosen more then anything here on earth.
