I think you should consult your phone company. I get calls for some guy named Josh on my cell all the time. It is a pain in the ___!! I would be interested to know if this is your cell phone or land line, I have talked to Verizon and their only solution was to change my number. Maybe, if worse comes to worse, you could change your number. :(( I have read the other answers and I don't know if the "Do not call list" works for cell phones. Great question and I wish we all could find out what the h_-_!!!, is going on!!!

If you have a friend, then give him a (written) message to call a specific phone # (which just happens to be the # of the closest zoo), and say it is from Mr. Lyon.
When he calls the zoo and asks for "Mr. Lyon" - well... you get the idea.
