Dell (As in Michael Dell, the Computer), La (La la la), and a soft R, that sounds almost like the "hhh" sound.
Phoenetically speaking:
Del-a-k-w-ha

My husband is fluent in French, he lived there for 10 years - including the time he was at university.
He took one look at your question and said "De-la-kwah" - which is how I would have pronounced it anyway, because 'croix' is always pronounced 'kwah' in French! I'm sure you already know how to pronounce 'de' and 'la' in French..!
The 'w' isn't exactly like an English 'w' though, it often has a very faint sort of 'phlegmy' sound in the back of the throat..! But 'kwah' is the best way to give an English speaker a pronunciation guide..!

The French R is formed in the back of the mouth -- so it is hard to write it out phonetically for English speakers who form in in the front of the mouth.
The closest I can get for you is:
Della Kwa
The 'oi' combination is pronounced like the "wa" in 'water.' The "x" is silent in this case (as is an ending 's; in French). If the next word starts with a vowel, then pronounce the 'x' as a 'z'

De lah craw is the closest I can give that sounds remotely like the French.
It also translated literally to "of (or from) the cross"
