For example, if the person smells bad, can the doctor tell you, NO you don't smell bad, would that be correct?? After the patient tells him that he/she showers and is a clean person, but that patient does smell, then can they still lie and say they don't smell bad?

I don't think there are any laws about this, and I can easily imagine that a doctor would say something like that just to be polite. Even if this was a medical condition, I could see a doctor being unable to overcome the social code about this kind of thing and just lying. Despite their act to the contrary, doctors are people too. And some people have a hard time telling the truth about this sort of thing.

Oh, and if you seriously wash yourself and you still stink, think about changing your diet. Maybe you're eating something wrong that you're body is trying to reject. Or maybe it's all in your mind. Even "sane" people can imagine things that aren't true. Besides, one person's stink is another's perfume.

I don't think the doctor would lie, if you are clean then he would probably start checking you for other causes what could be causing the odor. Plus some people are more sensitive to odors then others. Maybe you are very sensitive to odors then others and that is why you are smelling it. Maybe it's not as bad as you think.
