If the problem is merely that the key labeled @ and the key labeled " are interchanged, try uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard/driver or updating your driver. If the actual keys are also exchanged, you'll need to buy a new keybard with the USA standard keybaord layout.

go to start right click on my computer go to properties and click on HARDWARE tab at the top and go to DEVICE manegr and then in the list look for keyboard under input or in any of the listed items and then right click on yur keyboard wen u find it in the list and click on uninstall or remove and then restart yur computer and do not worry the keyboard drivers are native to the windows OS they will be pulled back and then check it. it should work if not the keyboard circuit has issue..

check your language setting. You might be set to England english instead of american.
It's an option in your control panel.
