have you ever avoided going poo for a really long time because of this? if so, where did you finally get relief?

I have done this before..however, I have learned that it's ok to poop - even on the first extended visit. Just make sure you have something to spray before you do it. If there's something already in the bathroom, or if your significant other has a perfume she wears, use that. This way, there's not an unusual smell. The family will just think their daughter was 'cleaning up' in the bathroom before you went in.
I think I went three days without doing it. I believe I got relief on the drive home.

Just walk outside and excuse yourself next time, poo in your pants then go to the bathroom and flush your soiled underwear down the toilet. Poopy boy

First of all your question is hilarious. Women can usually hold things in forever!! You definitely have to hold it in, and uncomfortably enjoy yourself until you leave. Other than that, I hope I see other funny questions on this site. Thanks for the laugh.

Yes I did that but it backfired... I had farted sooo loud, I was mortified and had to fess up...
"Hey honey, sorry about that, I was holding and holding and it just came out. I was afraid to turn you off".
Luckily he laughed and said..."dont do that anymore, if you have to go, go".
