It works for me if I have a stomach bug...like it says on that commercial "heart burn, nausea, indigestion, upset stomach, diahrrea".
It does NOT work if I have a hangover and my stomach is upset for that. Tums does absolutely nothing for me.
Also, the Pepto Bismo pills work better for me than the liquid (and if your stomach hurts, the last thing you want is to have to gag down thick pink stuff).

It works after a 30 minutes. But i think that TUMS works much faster.

Not only does it work on humans but my Vet recommends it for the dog's diarrhea too. Solved his problem quickly!

Yes, it works...And, I always keep some on hand for bad sunburns - Takes the sting away immediately!

oh yea it does.. i had it everyday in culinary school. soothed my stomach since everyday was a test. i think it's the peppermint flavor that soothes your stomach.
