Miniature Doxie and St.Bernard mix. My friend's dog had such puppies. The St. Bernard actually lay down on her side for the Doxie.
What a mess!

I heard a story of a chihuahua getting a Great Dane knocked up. The owners thought that the stud got the dame while she was sleeping. The pups, apparently, looked just like chihuahuas but on a gargantuan scale ^.^ !

As for bizarre mixes - Pug and Italian greyhound!

Another weird mix was a Mexican hairless with some sort of sheep dog. I wish I could remember the details. It's been some years since I heard about it. The pups were furred, but they had really thin coats and had the hairless' body shape.

I had a friend that had a lab/pit/chow mix. He had the black lab body and short drop-ears, the chow's curly tail and purple tongue, and the head of a pit. He was a rough lookin' dog, but he was a sweetheart.

Pit bull, daschund, huskey. Had the head the size of a pit, but the body had the daschund length, pit bull width, it was brendle colored. One eye was blue and the other brown. We called him Frankie. Short for Frankenstein, of course.
