Christianity does. Thousands of years before the birth of Christ, each book of the Old Testament either implicitly or explicitly provides a prophesy or explanation of the coming Messiah. For the books that did not have express, written prophesies, each book overall had a "Kinsman Redeemer" or some person who demonstrated the characteristics of Christ. It is an extremely intricate and awesome thing to analyze. When Jesus was born and walked this earth, the Gospels' account of Jesus encompasses all of the literally THOUSANDS of prophesies that were made in the Old Testament. Jesus fulfilled every single one. This, coupled with His death and resurrection, along with the secular philosophers of the day who gave an account of Jesus (ie: Jerome, etc.), and vast body of archaeological evidence serve as an oh so compelling argument for the existence of Jesus and His Divinity.
If you, as a Christian, are searching for historical evidences, I would encourage you to check with a local accredited Theological Seminary. I would hope that they would have access to class information that's narrowly tailored to what you are looking for.

Roman Catholicism continues to be the only faith which passes along all of God's complete, revealed truth, in the way God originally established and intended, without modification or corruption of any kind. The faith Christ entrusted to the apostles, the canon of scripture, the Mass and the sacraments, the sacrificial priesthood, the hierarchical church government, administered through the authority of the pope and the other bishops, the system of church councils and the teaching authority of the magisterium, were all present in the early church, and are still present today. This allows anyone who wishes to study the matter, to go back to the beginning and study all the existing documents, the writings of the apostles and all the church fathers, the decrees of all the church councils, and the writings and rulings of all the popes, throughout history. A thorough, unbiased study of all these will clearly show that Catholic dogmas and beliefs are totally consistent, unchanging, completely compatible with scripture and tradition, and were the constant teachings and practices of the church, from Pentecost Sunday, right up to present day. No other church can provide the level of documentation and scholarship, or the rich tradition which God has given to the Catholic church. Please do the research and check it out for yourself. If you need help, post your question at www.askmeaboutgod.org and receive a complete, correct, private and personal response via email in about a day.

Whatever is your religion that is good
dont try to belittle other religions and do not think your religion is bad.
If god has decided a religion for you that is the purpose
Shri Krishna has said in Gita... who so ever worships any form of god anywhere in the universe is actually worshipping me (God, the supreme consciousness).
Be honest to your religion and work on faith not logics..because logics are for the physical plane not for spiritual plane

Me too, I am a Christian and I think that everything is so rock solid truth what comes to Jesus. Christianity is the most logical and supported religion by evidences for its claims. Jesus loves everybody, so no one is going to be left out, unless they want to. God bless!

Islam. Read Quran and learn Hadith (clarifications) of prophet Muhammad. Quran accepted and completed Torah (God messages to Moses) and Injeel (God messages to Jesus). Islam doesn't accept Bible because it's basically Paul's words and even changed further to suit different churches' needs. Ever wondered why people posted questions about contradictions within Bible itself?
Anyway, that's the truth but I still believe all religions promotes peace... Salam...

Read your Bible and look at Archaeology and science. For as much as science tries to disprove that there is a God, at every turn it has had to come to terms that there is a God. It cannot explain many things, no matter how hard it tries. Like when a patient is doomed by the medical community to death by a disease, and someone comes to pray for this person and they are suddenly and miraculously cured, and live 40 years longer than what the doctors said.

Religious contents are mostly based on expressions of an enlightened being. These expressions are symbolic, poetic and full of gratitude. Hence fails to appeal to the logical minds. Considering this, perhaps Buddhism comes very close to 'logic', and its path though dull, and mostly in prose form yields sure results.

I am Christian also. Any religion has pro's and cons, I believe it takes all kinds to build the whole picture, Life is a puzzle and each piece is different, which represents different religions or roads to God. When completed you can fineally see the whole picture and each religion will make sence.

Religion is more rational the more moderate and less fanatic it is. Moderates understand that what held true in ancient times doesn't always apply today. Islam is a good example--moderate Islam rejects violence while fanatical Islam is responsible for atrocities like 9/11. I view moderate Islam as rational and acceptable, and fanatical Islam as irrational and dangerous.

i belive that it has less to do with evidence and proof, and more with faith and belief.
usually evidence and proofs are presented to poeple to convince them that ones religion is right. but what is the need for that, one just need to have faith in his/her own religion and live with it. i dont think any reasoning can be provided to strengthen ur faith, it needs to come from within. its all about Love, and not proofs, or evidence or logic. :)

Kardecist Spiritism has been the only one I have seen that produces it's evidence daily, and is supported and based in reason, science and logic.
