When he works up the courage (and that will take a while) he will first sit close to you, and start to lean into you slowly, watching your face and body for any type of negative reaction (such as a head pull away). If their is no reaction from you, then he'll move in and complete the kiss. You jerk or pull your head back before your kiss, then he will feel crushed, and may not try it again that night, unless you reassure him that you were just startled that all.
When is he most likely to attempt a kiss. During a movie in a dark living room or theater. A drive-in is a very likely spot for the obvious reasons. It's got to be somewhere comfortable and relatively alone.

A true kiss just happens... it happens in a moment when both people just know thats when they are going to kiss. If you can't tell that it is time to kiss.... your not ready.
