i would have to go with its a furuncle or boil, the most common sites of these lesions are hairy parts of the body exposed to irritation, pressure, friction or moisture, common in hot climates, affected portion of skin may be extremely tender, painful and swollen, abscess may eventually enlarge, soften and open dischargin pus and necrotic material, NEVER squeeze these cause it destroys the protective wall that localizes the infection, infected area must cleansed with soap and water and hot wet compresses should be applied
alternative therapy-eat lots of green, yellow, and orange vegetables, should increase fluid intake, especially water with fresh lemon juice, garlic, beta carotene, and vitamin A may be ordered, oils from vitamin E and A, honey, and some zinc oxide may be beneficial as a topical application

kinda sounds like boils..........take a wash cloth (clean one) get it wet....put it in the microwave....to get it really hot. Apply to the area for as long as you can stand it....and wait for a few hours. The heat should bring it to a head......we are advised not to pick....but I for one can't help it. I can't stand to look at big ole white things or the pain when they are like that....so I pick, but you aren't supposed to.

You will be okay.

from the sound of it I would say you may have a staph infection. it can be taken care of with antibiotics but you need to have a doctor look at it. the problem with staff is if not cared for properly it will return.

Has that area been moist? Place a bandage over it.
