Depends what word processing program you are using. If you are using MS Word

1.) Highlight the whole document (hold down Ctrl and press A at the same time; or go to EDIT, and click on SELECT ALL.

2.) Then go FORMAT and choose CHANGE CASE, and select UPPER CASE.

If it is MS Works, follow step 1, then go to FORMAT, choose FONT, and check the block that says ALL CAPS.

If it some other program, Word Perfect, I would look under Format for that option.

In Microsoft Word, go to Format > Font, then check the box that says All Caps. Highlight the text first.

If you are using MS Word, highlight the text and hit Shift+F3. Each hit will change the text between all caps, all lower case, and first letter capital.
