First don't be frightened by all of the answers and possible problems that people have suggested. I have worked in emergency medicine for 15 years. One day of vomiting is scary but probably not life threatening. But that in mind be very aware that cats can not go more than 1 day or two of not eating may lead to serious liver and kidney problems. If the vomiting and lethargy continues tomorrow I would have your cat looked at. Vomiting can be a symptom of a foreign body( like a toy or string your cat may have eaten), or pancreatitis which requires hospitalization.
Keep your eye on your cat tonight, take a way the food and water and if the vomiting and lethargy continues tomorrow take your cat to an animal hospital. Good luck and don't worry.

I would take him to the vet tomorrow if this has not got better.
Watch for anti-freeze leaks from yours or neighbors cars,it's VERY toxic, it does cause throwing up & unusual lazyness. It freezes the organs. My 110 LB. lab -pit mix drank it in a boat house and the vet said " I didn't have time to get him to a vet", so I asked for a home remedy that I could at least try..." Because he had just ate , and it was only 10 minites since it had happened , I could try getting him to drink 1 cup of Peroxcide" , to induce puking. I added bacon grease to it nuked it warm , played like I was drinking it , and then offered it to him . Dan drank it all ,puked
11 times in 5 minites. I kept him up the next 6 hours, playing fetch & feeding him Lay's potato chip's, to make him drink more water & play more. It was a cold long night 9pm - 4am.That's what time he layed down to pooped to play, so we went inside to sleep together on the couch. I called the Vet back in the morning & he could not belive it worked. he said all the running & eattng & drinking was very helpful in addition to getting him to throw up all that Bad anti-freeze. I doubt that is what you cat got into but it's good to know about the Peroxcide .
Hope your Kitty is felling better ~

Most likely your cat has eaten something he shouldn't but he could also have a illness. If I were you I would look in your phone book for an animal hospital that is open all night and give them a call asking for advice. If they tell you to bring the cat in now, you should do it - if he ate something poisonous, he could be dead in the morning if you wait!

He most likely ate something poisonous... just make sure to get plenty of fluids into him and keep an eye on him... If vomiting doesn't stop in 2-3 more days then definitely take him to the vet

I truly have a calico, too - her call is Pickles - she has a great number of orange and darkish gray and white. She is outstanding. Your lady is eye-catching..

Sounds like he's either gotten some kind of disease or maybe eaten something poisonous. Take him to the vet as soon as you can, the sooner that they can treat him the better the chance he'll survive.

It sounds like parvo (i think that's how it is spelled) many cats carry it and few have symptoms and become ill but take it to your local vet and let them take a look because it can be many things.

It could be the high humidity and the heat...But if your cat doesn't perk up you could call a veterinarian...to see if you need to bring him in....just give him plenty of water!!!!!!
