How does your soul get from your body to heaven? On a beam of light?

Adam and Eve were created souls.
After them is souls born in sin to die.
1Cor.15:22; As in adam all die, even so in Christ sahll all be made alive.
So we become resurrected souls, as your soul is all of you, the only part about you soul Num.16:22; that does not belong to you is your spirit, it belongs to God and it returns to God James 2:26; Eccl.12:7; Psm.104:29,30;
The spirit of God that is keeps your soul alive as long as possible and goes back to God is for the resurrection Jesus showed Luke 8:50,2,54,55;
For souls that go to heaven as Jesus did Acts 1:9-11; John 6:39,40,44; 1Thes.4:15-17; 1Cor.15:51-53; There will be a new heavens and a new earth and thousands are for the new heavens [as Satan took a third of the angels down with him], and billions will be for the new earth,

In the Bible, Paul says that to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ. How do you get there? Believe and receive. Believe in Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. That He died for your sins, past, present and future. You get there on faith alone. Read Ephesians 2:8,9, Romans 3:23. Romans 6:23, Romans 10:13, John 3:16 and 17.

Correction; when my body dies how do I get to heaven? If my soul gets to heaven instead of me there is no purpose for me to behave well

It is carried up to heaven by 2 white unicorns with purple wings and gold horns .... makes as much sense as anything you'd read in the bible......

there is no true means of travel. it says that the very last instant on earth is the very first in Heaven or Hell. depending on where your soul is going.
