The best way to do a fruit dip is to mix once block of cream cheese with one jar of marshmellow cream. If you heat the marshmellow cream for 10 sec in the microwave it makes it easier to mix. Also soften the cream cheese so it's easier as well. You can add just a hit of fruit extract (which ever you like) for extra flavor. Chill before you serve it.

Try this;

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract

just mix these in a bowl. It's great for fruit dipping or fruit salads

You can just sweeten some sour cream with Splenda (to keep it lower calorie). This makes a scrumptious fruit dip.

Also check cooks.com and recipezaar.com. They have the recipes you're looking for. I just checked them last week for the same recipe.

My mom always used to serve fresh fruit with vanilla yogurt, sometimes she would add cinnamon or something light to add flavor. Simple, fast and can be low calorie, too.
