NO! Infact, sneezing activates (jump starts) the immune system..... However, alcohol does kill brain cells! especially in the memory center of the brain.

If you killed brain cells by sneezing, I wouldn't have many brain cells left.
I think it's if you hold a sneeze, as in trying not to sneeze, you kill brain cells. Something about the force of the sneeze being held back and killing your brain cells. Or maybe it's the nerve impulses frying your brain cells for not being able to "fire off" the sneeze.
I don't know and I'm just speculating.
