egreetings is good, but why not write one yourself? That would probably mean more to your mother than downloading one. Especially if you have put her through as much as you say. It's like the old saying, It's not the gift, but the thought that counts.

You could look for something online, but I think it would be more heartfelt if you just wrote what you want to say in your own handwriting. That is something your mom will cherish forever.
