If you want more dogs why not rescue instead? There are about 10 million dogs killed every year because there aren't enough homes. 3 dogs are born every minute for every human, and not all people like dogs. Please don't breed your dog. You are just bringing more lives into the world that will end up unloved and abused.

There are 3 pages of miniature Dachshund (your first spelling worked just fine) breeders listed in the MPBA 2006 state directory (I can get those for you). If you are willing to drive or fly your dog to Missouri you can probably get her bred. Another option would be artificial insemination (find a vet on your end).
When you contact a breeder get pictures and weights of the male(s) before you commit to a breeding, not all dogs are created equal. Also, most reputable breeders will want you to have a negative brucellosis test for your dog before they will breed her, results can take up to two weeks, so don't wait until the last minute.
There are also professional pet breeder associations in Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma that may have breeder directories. Ask your area vets if they have access to any professional breeder directories.

Frankly, a "purebred" is not any differen than a mutt if that's no longer prepare high quality with an marvelous pedigree. purely by way of fact 2 dachshunds have been given busy and your canines grew to become into created interior the approach does not recommend something different than a severe-high quality puppy grew to become into produced. all people can pass to dachshund rescue and get one for around $one hundred-$2 hundred or pass to the pound and get one for in all probability decrease than that... that's all approximately genetics and the pedigree, no longer that it quite is a "purebred".

You can always search on the net and find some breaders, I once saw a site with a great breader in New York but that's a little far, well I'm sure there is at least a FEW dachshunds somewhere in Texas, good luck! Just search dachshund breaders on the web and you could find something!

Good luck!

I think you have alot more research to do before you go around breeding dogs. Breeding should only be done to improve the breed, not to have puppies to sell to make money. And by the way, breeding properly is not a lucretive business. You usually have to pay a stud fee of several hundred dollars to breed. Pregnant dogs need prenatal visits to the vets, and once you have the puppies they need to go to the vet to be checked, get their shots, and to have dew claws removed. They also have to be registered with the AKC in order to get a decent price for them. If you don't know anything about researching bloodlines, you probably shouldn't be breeding. There are enough homeless dogs in the world without you adding to it with inferior puppies,

Have you searched anything on puppy-mill animals? Sorry, but it seems you know very little about breeding.. and with all the abuse that's out there - senseless breeding - do we really need anymore puppies that eventually land up being abused. True, some are loved and cared for..
I rescue those that aren't.

You appear to be way too ignorant to be breeding ANYTHING! Mini dachs. do NOT come"red & black".

Go to an AKC show(yes, even in Tx.) & meet people who actually KNOW their breed.

Having an intact ***** does NOT automatically mean it's breedable.
