My hips are REALLY big. What are some good excersizes for me? I have a bad back (several back surgeries and on going problems), so any help would be greatly appreciated.

If u want to lose love handles u should do sit ups with rotation on the way up. So, when ur up just turn to ur left and then to ur right. More advanced step would be to do the bicycle... its another form of situp, not an actual bike lol. It's more of a crunch and works ur obliques, butt and legs.

Many men love big hips. Scientists say men are attracted to women w/ big hips because of the fact that women with big hips are better equipped to bear children. Anyway , watch portion sizes & walk, plus a litle strength training (muscle burns fat) Good luck.

lie down on your side and support your self with your hands at your side. lift up one leg, like a scissors, for about 10 times each leg---3 sets. this is mainly for the hips and thighs. also you could try swimming....it is a great overall body workout, but you could aim more to the hips by swimming like a frog, its the best way!

you should be consulting your doctor about this one. He may suggest things such as yoga or stress free classes similar. You cannot target one area of the body to work on as everything is connected in some way. I would suggest doing some side pulls or reaching down to you ankles that helps alot.

If you've got great balance, you might want to try rollerblading, or even some old fashion rollerskating. It's fun, and gives you a really great lower body workout without the strain on your back.

Keep up the daily walking! That's great stuff, there, also look at diet. Don't over-do if you've had surgery, it could aggravate it, but if it feels ok, keep on truckin'!
