I would like a really cheap camcorder to do stupid stuff with like make stuff for Youtube. 100 bucks is like my limit lol

Probably what you need is like an Aptek or Video Blue $100 3 MP still camear/camcorder hybrid.
These record and play back MP3 music, or voice recordings. They take 3 and 5 MP still pictures with digital zoom.
The do internet quality (320 x 200) at 30 FPS or VGA (almost TV size) at 10, 11, 12 frames per second (640x400).
They store on internal memory or an SD card.
You find them at places like Wal Mart and Circuit City.

Walmart had a camcorder on sale recently for $90, the catch was that you had to pay for it with PayPal.

you might want to try ebay, or you could buy one of those cheap cameras at Target or Walmart, even if they're toys. That's probably your best bet.
