he says he is not cheatin on me but he has gone out with some girl 3 states over but theree not together anymore n never mit n person we been together 2 1/2 years were suppose to move out soon n he says everything will change that he wont talk to her anymore and that he cares for me only and would be lost with out me should i believe its all going to change

was he going out with this girl when you two were going out? even then though, when you guys started dating, he should have stopped talking to her immediately!! that's what happened to me and my boyfriend... before we got together he used to talk to this other girl that lived 300 miles away from us, but i talked to him about it and he said that he would stop talking to her because he understood how i felt.
i think you should talk to your boyfriend about this. he should understand, if he doesn't, then you could try explaining it to him. if he doesn't change after all that, they maybe he isn't right for you.
but also, if he never really met her in person, i don't think that he was cheating on you, but if he talked to her and had phone sex or cyber sex with her then i don't know if he's even worth your time!!!
