Have you heard this riddle?

I can only remember a tid bit of this riddle, but I was wondering if anyone heard of it, knows what the riddle is and the answer.
It mentioned a 4 letter word, that yoiu can't live with out, men fear it,......so on and so on, they asked kindergarteners this question and most of them got it correct, but grown adults missed it most of the time. Its bugging me, I want to know the question and answer. Thanks

The bus driver's eyes are brown. by how: you want to capitalize the words - "it really is", "you're", "At" (All 3 cases), "What" The be conscious "your" shows something belonging to you. you want the be conscious "you're", that is a contraction of the words "you're". as a replace of "human beings get", that is extra efficient to have "one receives". as a replace of "next", that is extra efficient to have "very last". you want an apostrophe on "driver's". If the riddle wasn't about the driver's eyes, you'll not manage to answer the riddle, because you do not tell what percentage each individual is on the bus on the start.
