i would imagine..although if you read in that email i posted it said they lived in a barracks below the tomb

Yes, in Virginia, just outside DC. The base is adjacent to the cemetery.
You would be part of the Military District Washington.

My friends husband was a guard at Arlington, she was stationed at Belvoir so they lived in Alexandria, he could have lived at FTMeyer, but since he was married lived in off base housing.
