I do believe everyone has the right to believe in what they want. Opinions are like a$$holes, everyone has one.
Just keep it to yourself, no one cares.

It's so unfortunate that your perception of Christians is so true. It's horible when stereotypes are proved by those trying to get out of them. The majority of people calling themselves Christians are superficial, brainwashed hypocrates, and for this reason should not be called Christians. By definition, Christains would follow the teachings of Christ: a real man 2000ish years ago who taught that relationships were more important than laws and traditionalism. I hope some day you'll have the fortune of meeting a true Christian and that you'll see how increadible that life can be when lived with knowledge (not just a brainwashed acceptance). Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that God is the One true god. You choose the time frame.

Hello knowitall, my answer to your question is NO! I love the Lord and I just cannot keep it to myself!! Love Him!! Love Him!He loves you too. You seem to be feeling pretty crappy now, I think you could use a little bit TLC from God, that is so AAAHHH!WONDERFUL! My God is a living God, Hallelujah!!! I cannot imagine that somebody would not have heard of Him, felt His presence, or experienced it...Maybe you have not just recognized it. What comes to money. We are under a new covenant and we do not have to give money. God does not want your money, He wants your heart. And when you give Him your heart, it is so easy to open your wallet. He is not asking equal money, He is asking equal sacrifice. 50 dollars is not the same for me and for example Billy Graham. If you give a little, it is not a sacrifice at all. The money what I give to my church, will have collectively a huge impact for Kingdom purposes. People are getting fed spiritually and Gospel is told to many who would not hear it otherwise. I have regretted many purchase, but I have never regretted giving the money to my church. NEVER, and so forth I am pretty confident that I will never feel I was a fool I gave money. I only wish I can give more!!!
Jesus loves you too. And as you have many choices here in the earth, there are only two choices what comes to eternity:hell or heaven. You get to choose!!! It is about free will. I want to be with my Lord forever!!! Nobody will go to the Father's House except through Jesus Christ. He does not want you to have other gods.
I think you might want to consider other section than Religion and Spirituality if you do not want to hear people like me, because WE CAN NOT SHUT UP ABOUT OUR LORD!!! JESUS LOVES YOU!!!

I agree with you, while I am a Christian the whole religious thing is pissing me off. Let people appreciate what they want. Stop sending missionaries to some country nobody's heard of and making them fear the almighty. I'm a member of my church and know where the money that I donate goes. Of course, most people only believe in a greater being to have something to believe in. How did we get here?

Why are you even putting a question in this section? If I were you I wouldn't be in the religion & spirituality section! If people outside bother you with their religion, then tell them !! Keep your money, go buy a movie or CD if thats what you want, if thats what makes you happy I don't care !! And if you don't believe in hell then it shouln't even bother you if someone tells you your going there. Your welcome...bless yourself
By the way, you seem to be hanging around this section alot for someone who doesn't believe in this stuff..... who's tring to convert who?

Listen there is other categories that you can participate in. Okay you don't believe but do not down anyone that believe in God, that is mean and disrespectful. Nobody is trying to brainwash you! May God Bless you and your Family. Peace and Blessing be upon you.

Christ said to go into the world and spread the gospel (the good news)...whether you choose to accept what you hear is up to you-i Have seen the power of Christ at work in people's lives, i have heard Him speak to me, and i feel His presence and His love all the time. here's a little tip that might help you try to avoid the message that so obviously offends and frightens you...stay out of sites marked "religion & spirituality"...otherwise you might just be exposed to the teachings of Christ...God loves you, and wants to have a relationship with you, even if you don't believe in Him...

Religious people are not taught to think for themselves and they need constant reassurance that they are "on the right track" in life. This is also why they need everyone else to believe the same thing they do so as to reinforce their own delusions.
You are dealing with weak minded people and I am afraid the preaching will never stop as long as they are insecure about their own beliefs.

ummmm lol alright well i guess the same could go for you as well. like what is the issue here. who cares if u do not believe in god. no sweat off my back! further more when you go around telling religious people there is no god bla bla bla then of corse they are going to start up on you the same way you do to them which is being up ur beliefs. the best thing to do to avoid it is to not mention the subject of religion. if some one asks u just tell them that u are not up for the subject and that is that. if they keep bagering you tell them that the issue is not up for discussion period. why get so hyped up about it n e way? jeeeeeeeeeez

Uh definitely Buddhism don't do that. We don't force/bug people to become Buddhist, let alone ask for money saying if you don't pay you will go to hell. Everything is of free will. You will still go to heaven even if you are a free thinker so long as you are of good moral. Now cool down, k?.

Actually, I respect Christians who follow the Biblical teachings that one should go forth and preach the Gospel. Unfortunately, most of them are either content to be part of the Choir (as in, Preach To the Choir; ie, they stick with their own kind and don't mingle with the public "rabble"), or they hide behind electronic walls like Yahoo Answers to maintain their anonymity.
In other words, most of them seem to be pretty much like everyone else ... they avoid real, face-to-face interaction with strangers.
