Yes one is called Aussie Pet Mobile its based in southern Calif. But are all over now.They have flexible hours and are self contained They don't come in your home its all done in a heated /cooled trailer.

I didn't know there were cats that made housecalls...
At any rate, assuming there are, I presume you could take them to a regular cat groomer. Housecall cats can't be that different from regular cats, can they?
