what workouts do i need to do to get a six-pack, and what should i be eating?

Go on a high protein diet (meat, fish, etc.) and whey. It depends on how fast and how ripped. Sign up at the gym and do mainly chest excercises (crunches, bench press, butterflies, etc.) every other day though, since you have to let your muscles recover. I've gotten toned abs in about 2 or 3 weeks like that.

Have you heard the sayint that six packs are made in the kitchen? watch what you eat and workout. get a membership to the gym. if you can't afford that then start jogging at your local high school track or around the neighbor, cut back on greasy fried fast foods. Drink alot of water! Don't eat anything after seven or eight. and make sure you do your abdominal excercises. you also have to know the correct breathign technique

Do you realize what his death means to Germany? He was one of the few footballers lef there without any money ambition, a great character, never arrogant. As much as there was a goalkeeper discussion in the last months if Enke, Adler, Wise, Neuer will be Germany's goalkeeper, but in the end everybody knew he would be the best. Try eating all veggies. No carbs or meat or sugar. Exercise 5 days a week. If your serious about loosing weight try this, it works.
