Concidering it is too easy to grow yourself to be taxed unlike tobacco, which you really need to know what you are doing and the gov't doesn't trust the people to report their tax, no. I would rather this be legal than alcohol because it is less addictive and more healthy, not to say it is a healthy thing to do. I smoked for several years and put it down when I wanted four years ago, yet I can't say the same thing about my alcohol addiction. I can't even go a couple weeks without a drink. I guess you can say personal bias on this one.

No, you end the desire to want it legal within six years...then we can all have much better things to do and spend such time and money on things that are important.
