With the uncertainty of how safe your partner really is mastrubation is the only true way of enjoying yourself while not contracting HIV/AIDS or some really disturbing infections. I know this because I live in Swaziland where the HIV infection rate is though the roof. My mum is a doctor and believes that atleast the person is 'enjoying' him/herself in a responsible manner. I have never personally mastrubated so I'm in no position to judge those who do and you should not either.
