Yes, it is something God wants for us.

Romans 12:2 (KJV)

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

Yes, but it should agree with the whole counsel of God's Word, not with just one part that agrees with what we want God to be saying. Like if you read this verse where Jesus says...

John 14:14 If you should ask anything in My name, I will do it.

...and you don't include this passage in the equation...

1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we should ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we may ask, we know that we have the requests that we have requested from Him.

...then your thinking doesn't agree with God's when you pray for things in the name of Jesus that are not according to God's revealed will.

If we are true believer in what Jesus Christ did no the cross. He died for our sins, He was buried and took our sins away and He rose again the third day for our justification. If you truly believe that then you baptized by the Spirit into His body, you are sealed by the Holy Spirit and you are circumcised with operation made without hands. If all that happen to you then you have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2: 16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

God created us to learn about imperfection, so I seriously doubt that our thinking will agree with him all of the time....We are human right???? And He/she is God?????

our lives in whole SHOULD allign with God. but because of our sin, which we do have the free will to choose. When we allign ourselves with God in full, this is when you get perfection. but no-one will be perfect till the day we come face to face with Jesus Christ.

Yes it should. God did give us free will but he would like us to have a Godly mind and sprite. And, I pray if it is God's will my thinking and faith as while my action will change to please him.

Not all the time. We are not God. We can pray about our disagreements. Ask him for guidance.

yes, even thou we are of the flesh we can still try with all our might and be as close to Gods'thinking as possible. He knows we are of flesh but we could do it if we really want to because Jesus did it so why can't we get as close as possible.
