The Greek word for "loves you" in this context is Agape. Meaning unconditional love.
For "in love with you" means Eros in the Greek. That's where we get our word for Erotic.

of course Jesus is in love with you he created you didnt he if you are saved and are a Christ follower then you are his child so therefor he loves and is in love with you if you have a relationship with him then that love goes both ways you are totally head over heals in love with Him!
