God placed ANIMALS on the earth, see Genesis. Then he commanded THEM to multiply and bring forth after their own kind.

God created everything. When he decided to destroy the earth, HE told Noah to take 1 male & 1 female of each animal in order for the world to be fruitful & multiply. So the chicken came before the egg.

Depends on who ordered what, where the diners are in relation to the kitchen and whether the waiter is right or left handed.
In other words, they both come out of the kitchen at the same time, it just depends on which the waiter sets on the table first.
