If you mean "holiday" in the American sort of way, my favorite is my birthday. I love that I get the chance to feel extra special at least for that one day a year. I like it even more when people remember my birthday with a simple gesture, such as a phone call or greeting card. That means so much more to me than any other expensive gift I could receive.
If you mean "holiday" in the British sort of way, my favorite is a quiet vacation on the coast somewhere. I like to find secluded spots without many people around, beaches with a great view, and miles of open shoreline where I can take long and peaceful walks...either alone or with someone special holding my hand. :-)

My two favorite holidays are Christmas and Thanksgiving because you gather around with your family.

Thanksgiving. Family, Friends and good food. I truly enjoy spending this time with my loved ones because it is the least commercialized holiday.
