I answered your other question about back pain/ab workouts. I see that you are trying to get your figure back after a birth, a hard task indeed. Sorry, but weight loss and a trim firm mid-section? There just aren't any real quick fixes. I recently resolved to drop about 25pounds, and ten have gone in three weeks, I feel energised, motivated, great. It's a slow grind, and you can expect to lose just about 2-3 lbs in a week, not really more than that. People thinking they are losing a lot more, are just dehydrating themselves and fooling themselves. I will 'lose' about 5 or 6 lbs running tonight, but it will all be water, and I'll drink it all back in. You're in this for the long haul, I'm afraid. But a breakfast of muesli and grapes, snacking through the day on fruit and carrots, and muesli/grapes for dinner(!) will soon have you on track. No sugary drinks, no alcohol, no junk.

Enjoy, and good luck!
