Do you agree that when someone senses a "ghost" it's actually an angel or a demon and not a human spirit?

Yes I agree. Often times, when people claim that they have talked with a dead loved one. I think they are actually communicating with a demon spirit who knew their loved one very well and could mimick what they said or did when they were alive. I think its dangerous to talk to the spirits, because its hard to know whether they are from God or not. If its a demon, its likely to deceive you or try to influence you to do evil. The bible says we are to test the spirits to see if they are from God or not. It also refers to dead people as fallen asleep. If a human spirit remains asleep until Christ returns, then how could the human spirit possibly be running around, trying to communicate with the living if the living will not precede those who have fallen asleep during the second coming?

when someone senses a ghost it probably is a ghost but if you sense an evil presence it could be a demon,but we all have angels that protect us from those demons,dont worry the demon cannot harm anyone,cuz everyone has a lot of angels that protect them,but demons barely come around so basically if u sense something its just a human spirit,mostly a relative or someone you know that passed into the other world

Yes I do believe this. The scripture does not back up the theory of ghosts. When we die it says we sleep until judgement and those that are sleeping are judged first, then those still alive are judged next. Demons are the spirits of the children of the nephilim and the daughters of man spoken of in Genesis 6:4. The fallen angels came into the daughters of men and those children became the men of olf of renown, the giants. When they died their spirits where damned to be on earth....so they are the only ghosts....scripturally speaking. But what is scarier? The evil seed of an unholy union, or an angel once good and holy....now fallen and poisoned by evil? Creepy Dude. :)

No, I don't agree. I believe a "ghost" is in a dimension we cannot all see and perceive. Same as here where we are now, we can have the "good" and the "bad." Therefore, "ghosts" can be angels, demons, and spirits of those that were humans. I think it's a blessing to be able to "see" or "sense" what we call "ghosts."

Yes, that's exactly what I think of ghosts as. When it's an angel, their trying to offer help. When it's a demon, it's just trying to trick the human mind into sin and temptation. When it's an actual human spirit, I believe they have a story to tell.

No dude. The human spirit is the soul. It separates from the body at death. Sometimes staying trapped in our dimension for years. Angels & Demons, that's a good one. HA!

For one there is no real demons. Angels have never been human they are here to protect us...Ghost is what you would sense and yes sometimes ghost can be of the bad sort. But usally Black identys as the mean ones are called, when the person dies they are usally reborn immediatly. The grey identys they are the mixed up ones who usally roam and do the "Haunting" as you might call it....the white identys are spirts....Ghost dont believe thier dead, that is why they stick around

The Bible tells a story of Lazarus and the rich men.This Lazarus was a poor begger and the rich man was mean.When they both died,the rich man went to hell and begged for a drop of water,he also asked that Lazerus be brought back to life to be a testimony to his brothers so they won't end up in hell too.This was not allowed.The bible only talks about the dead talking to a human once and God called it witchcraft.That was in the old testiment with Saul.The bible does mention many times about demons or angels,so I tend to believe that's what a ghost is.

i don't need to list reasons..nobody does. what ever has happened to each person that answers this question is true and valid for that person, and no proof is needed. making you believe it, doesn't make it any more important...it is real enough to them already.

having said that...the only time i have ever felt "something evil" around me..(not saying it was a demon...hell i don't know what it was), was when my son came bolting down the hall from his room screaming that there was a someone in his room...that he didn't like. of course as most parents will do, i comforted him but chalked it up to over imagination, and a bad dream.
i changed my mind 2 mins later when a dark figure appeared in the hallway my son had just run out of.
the air got thick, and the only emotion i could feel was hate/anger.
it shook me to my very core. I've never felt anything that powerful, i have NO IDEA what it was. but i hope i never encounter it again.

I think some people are sensitive to spirits. When humans die their soul goes to one of two places. I don't believe in human ghost. I think most people are sensitive to angelic and demon spirits. Whether they admit it or not. We are spiritual beings. How could we not be sensitive to the spirit world.
