all i drink @ lunch brefast and dinner is milk and @ lunch i have cheese!

its proven yes, but you need to excercise and eat plenty of other nutritious food along with it.

We are the only animal that drinks another animals milk for supposed nutrition. I don't drink any milk. Most dairy products are also high in the bad fats sending up your LDL and triglycerides.

I drink almond milk instead - it makes more sense to me.

Dairy products and red meat from cows have also been the culprit for many people's acne problems. There's something wrong with them cows. It ain't my imagination. Send 'em back to India where they are sacred and never killed or eaten. I think they know something we don't.
