Spartanburg = More "true-south" country (Lazy Tongue)
Coastal Plains = Mixed bag of north-eastern and southern dialect.

Depending on the region, there might be more of a southern "drawl" so to speak. Inland Carolinians have a sharper, more country drawl than the coastal ones. Coastal Carolinians have a more island drawl, commonly referred to as geeche.
