I'd say clean it off with some alcohol on a cotton ball or something, then put some sort of anti-itch cream on it if it's itching, and if it isn't, maybe some Neospoin or something along the lines of some anti-bacterial cream..

It depends upon how it looks... is it just fresh bitten?? If so try some bactine... is it infected?? to stop the itching you can try benedry either oral or the cream this will stop the itching and allow it to start to heal. Some use calimine lotion... but I use bendryl myself.. Its always a good drug to have in the house if you have alergies it will stop them. can make you drousy too if you have problems sleeping.. check the package as to how often to apply the cream if your using that option...

This may sound dumb to you, but if rub Vicks vapo-rub on the bite it will stop the itch and burn. An old trick from grandma!!
Works really well on ant bites.

there is a spray called dermaplast. you can buy it a walmart and is about 3-4 bucks a can. it helps take away the itching and keeps it from getting infected all at once. it works really good. i use it all the time.

camphor cream...ingram's camphor cream is the best. it works for bug bites, sunburns, windburn, and makes dry skin disappear (i know i sound like an advertisement, but this stuff is a life-saver!!!)
